Live-Aboard Privileges at Westpoint Harbor

Westpoint Harbor is limited to 10% of our slips for live-aboard vessels, and we have a waiting list for live-aboard privileges.  If you desire a live-aboard slip, the following procedure should be followed:

  1. Complete and submit the Long-Term Slip Application

2. Include a letter to the Harbormaster requesting live-aboard privileges, stating the number of people who would reside on the boat, their relationship, and any pets which would stay aboard.

The live-aboard fee is $465/month for two people and $110 for each additional person, in addition to the regular berthing fee.

Please note there is not a fee to go on our wait-list, however the vessel must already be berthed in the harbor to apply, and candidate vessels must be at least 40 feet on deck.  Live-aboard status is awarded to those who actively use their boat, clean and maintain the vessel and keep it in good working order.

Our wait-list is currently one to two years.
