BCDC and Westpoint Harbor Resolve Disputes

San Francisco, CA – Today, the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) and Westpoint Harbor, LLC announced the settlement of disputes between BCDC and the Westpoint Harbor marina in Redwood City, California. The settlement brings an end to a lawsuit filed by Westpoint Harbor against BCDC and a permit enforcement proceeding commenced by BCDC against Westpoint Harbor. With those disputes behind them, the parties now look forward to promoting their shared goal of protecting the Bay for the benefit of the natural environment and Bay Area communities.
